Reverse In The Bay Right

Use MsM routine to park on the right, slow vehicle down and stop just ahead of the bay you wish to park (The last line of the 3rd bay you wish to park in, should be in line with your shoulder to start)

Use POM routine before moving (checking left to right) reverse slowly (approx 0.5 mph) until white line (reference point) of the bay is approximately 1/4 way along the door (measurements will be different for 2 door cars) Use POM routine again, start moving car slowly, then turn steering wheel right full lock, carry out another 6 point check, and check every 3-5 seconds depending on how busy the car park is.

When the rear of the car is nearly in the bay,

or car is at a 45° angle, carry out a 6 point check from right to left, then continue to look at the rear window, wait until car is nearly straight, then straighten the wheel by turning back to the left approx 2 turns (1.5 revolutions) Reverse back slowly for around 2 to 3 secs until the bottom of the frame of the mirror is on the white line at the front of the bay.
